Who buys Tiny Homes?​
Tiny Home owners at River Lodge Resort and Castle Rock Shores are fun-loving, friendly and all have one thing in common... they LOVE the river! Most of our owners have boats, PWC's, razors, dune buggys and other river toys and enjoy having a place to keep them year round.

Are Tiny Homes expensive?

Tiny Homes are the most affordable vacation home option on the Colorado River.

Do we own the land or lease the site?

You lease your site from either River Lodge Resort or Castle Rock Shores.

Can we buy a Tiny Home somewhere else and put it on a site at River Lodge Resort? 

No. We only allow the Tiny Homes that have been purchased through us to be placed on site.
